In the Business Analyst role you will collaborate with senior consultants, client managers, and executives on every part of the consulting process, from brainstorming ideas to working side-by-side with clients to implement team recommendations. If you are a final year undergraduate student (or have graduated within the last 3 years) within the disciplines of commerce, business, economics, science, technology, engineering, math, law, medicine, and arts, please apply before applications close on the 22nd of February 2024. Students from a diverse range of experiences and degrees are encouraged and welcome to apply – no prior consulting experience is required. To work in one of our Australian or New Zealand offices, applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents or have long term (4+ years) working rights in Australia/New Zealand.

From 1 January 2024, please submit your online application by midnight Thursday 22 February. Your application should include your CV (clearly stating your ATAR/OP/VCE/SACE score as well as your university WAM/GPA) and all academic transcripts. Please also indicate office preference location (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, Auckland).

You will be given three days to complete Solve, our online 60-minute digital assessment. Please note, if you have completed Solve within the last 12 months your previous results will stay active and you won’t be asked to complete it again. For more details, please watch this video.

Should you be successful in receiving an interview, our process is as follows:

• First round interviews (6-8 March)
• Final round interviews (14-15 March)
